You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our iOS app or web app and following the cancellation process. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Please note that all sales are final, and no refunds can be issued for your subscription, regardless of whether you have a monthly or annual subscription plan. However, you can cancel your upcoming payment by canceling your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle.
This Subscription Return Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.
We reserve the right to amend this Subscription Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website and/or iOS app. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your agreement to the updated policy.

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside of the conditions mentioned above on a case-by-case basis. Upon approval of your refund request, the refund will be processed using the original payment method you used when purchasing the subscription. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
From time to time, we may offer free trial periods for our workout programs. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, you will not be charged. However, if you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged according to the subscription plan you chose during the sign-up process. The refund policy mentioned above will apply to subscriptions that began with a free trial.
